3. ORDERS; ACCEPTANCE; ORDER LIMITS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, cancel, or limit quantities for any reason, including suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, inventory limitations, pricing errors, or suspected resale.
An order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance and process payment. After acceptance, we may be unable to cancel or modify an order due to fulfillment processes. If we cancel or change an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information provided at checkout.
Purchases are subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
No Resale/Export. You represent that purchases are for personal or household use and not for resale or export.

Respira Botanicals’ names, logos, and product names are trademarks of Respira Botanicals. Shopify’s name and marks are trademarks of Shopify. All other marks are property of their respective owners.

Respira Botanicals is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with Respira Botanicals. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Respira Botanicals, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. To the extent any dispute is permitted to be brought in court, you agree to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the state or federal courts located in Essex County, New Jersey, and you waive any objection to personal jurisdiction or venue.
