No. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of food products. If you aren't satisfied, simply contact us for a refund and feel free to share the remaining tea with a friend or family member who might enjoy it!

To prevent abuse, our guarantee applies to one opened box per customer. If you purchased a bundle or multiple boxes, any unopened items may be subject to our standard return policy. Please contact us to discuss your case.
